The policy of the integrated management system (IMS) of the company "LEOCOR" is an integral part of its overall business policy and serves as a management tool in guiding the organization towards improving its performance.

The goal of the management system policy is to meet the requirements and expectations of interested parties (customers, suppliers, owners, employees, the community), while continuously improving the management system and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's overall operations.

The policy of the integrated management system is based on the following principles:

• Respecting and fulfilling the needs and expectations of service users and implementing measures to increase their satisfaction in accordance with good business practices and applicable standards.
• Involving employees in the development of the organization, utilizing their knowledge and experience, and providing an environment in which they are motivated to achieve the organization's goals.

• Conducting periodic reviews of the business system and integrated management system according to the requirements of standards SRPS ISO 9001:2015, SRPS ISO 14001:2015, and SRPS ISO 45001:2018, aiming for continuous improvement of the system's effectiveness and the quality of its products and services.
  • Informing all stakeholders about the commitment to improving quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety.
  • Devotion to preventing and mitigating environmental pollution..
  • Dedication to eliminating hazards and reducing risks to health, consulting and involving employees to continuously improve their health and safety, as well as that of visitors.
  • Developing partnerships with customers (service users) to enhance the overall business process in mutual interest, particularly to better fulfill the requirements expressed through contractual documentation.
• Providing necessary training and education for employees and raising awareness regarding quality improvement, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety.
• Commitment to fulfilling all obligations for compliance with legal and other requirements related to quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety.
• Commitment to continual improvement of the system and processes in the areas of quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety.

The top management is dedicated to the continuous improvement of the integrated management system. The director of "LEOCOR" d.o.o. communicates and interprets the IMS policy to employees. The IMS policy is periodically reviewed and modified as needed to achieve continuous improvement.
